Our accepted project on women!!

Our project called Strong Women in Business with reference number 2023-1-FR02-KA152-YOU-000125259 in the scope of Erasmus Plus program, was approved on 23 May 2023.
If we need to talk about the content of our project in detail, it was conducted in France with the participation of 6 countries Latvia, Romania, Macedonia, Ukraine, Turkey and France. Our project started on 23.01.2024 and ended on 30.01.2024.
If we come to the subject of our project. The fact that the structure of many societies is generally patriarchal has caused women to be put in the second plan and when we say women, they are placed in minds as individuals who only do housework. In addition to this, the traditional thoughts of employers and their prejudice against women limit the place of women in the economy and therefore in business life. Based on all these, the aim of our project was to reveal the commodities created by the patriarchal social structure.
Our project goals were to encourage women to take part in business life, to break down the prejudice of employers that women cannot do most jobs, to prevent sexual discrimination in the profession, to encourage women to become entrepreneurs, to enable women who have not been able to acquire a profession so far to participate in business life with trainings, to emphasize the necessity of women to show themselves in business life in the international arena and to emphasize that women can show themselves in every field by setting career goals. In addition to these, we aimed to raise awareness that women and men should have an equal say in all areas of society by emphasizing gender equality.
